Refund Policy

1. Scope
This refund policy applies to all top-up purchases made on aicodewith.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform").
2. Refund Conditions
2.1 Eligible for Refund
- Unused balance in your account may be refunded within 90 days of the original top-up date
- Abnormal charges caused by platform technical failures (no time limit)
2.2 Refund Calculation
Refund Amount = Unused Balance - Service Fee (5%) - Consumed Bonus Credits
Details:
- Service Fee: A 5% service fee will be deducted from the original top-up amount
- Bonus Credits: If bonus credits received during top-up have been partially or fully consumed, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund
- Used credits are non-refundable
2.3 Refund Example
A user tops up $100 and receives a $20 bonus, totaling $120 in credits. They used $50 (including all $20 of bonus credits).
Refund Amount = (100 - 30) × (1 - 5%) = 70 × 0.95 = $66.50
The remaining actual top-up balance is $70 (100 - 30 used), and after deducting the 5% service fee, $66.50 is refunded.
3. Refund Process
- Send a refund request to [email protected] with your registered email address and account information
- We will review and respond within 3 business days
- Once approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method within 5-10 business days
4. Non-refundable Cases
- Consumed API call credits
- Accounts banned for violating the Terms of Service
- Account balance below the minimum refund amount ($10)
- Refund requests submitted more than 90 days after the original top-up date (except for platform technical failures)
5. Special Circumstances
If all services become unavailable due to Platform issues (i.e., all API channels and models are non-functional, not just temporary interruptions of individual low-cost channels or specific models) for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may apply for a full refund without the service fee limitation or the 90-day time restriction.
Temporary unavailability of certain channels or models due to upstream provider issues does not fall under this provision.
