Welcome to aicodewith.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description

The Platform provides AI model API proxy forwarding services. Users can call various AI model APIs supported by the Platform after topping up their account balance.

AICodeWith is an independent platform providing unified API access to third-party LLM providers including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any upstream provider. All trademarks and brand names mentioned on this platform belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

3.1 Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to register an account
  • Each person is limited to one account
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Losses caused by account compromise are your own responsibility

3.2 Top-up and Credits

  • Credits obtained after top-up are used to pay for API call fees
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the last top-up date; unused balance will expire
  • The cost per API call for different models is based on the Platform's real-time pricing, which is publicly available on our Pricing page
  • Pricing is denominated in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice via email or platform announcement
  • The billing unit for API usage is per 1,000 tokens (1K tokens) unless otherwise stated for a specific model

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for the following purposes:

  • Generating content that violates laws and regulations
  • Generating hate speech, violent, abusive, or exploitative content
  • Generating spam or conducting phishing
  • Attempting to reverse engineer AI models
  • Attempting to bypass safety filters or content policies of upstream AI model providers (including prompt injection and jailbreak attempts)
  • Excessive high-frequency calls beyond reasonable limits (such as unauthorized stress testing)
  • Sharing API keys with unauthorized third parties
  • Any behavior that may harm the Platform or other users' interests

Violation of the above provisions gives us the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund.

5. Referral Program

The Platform may offer a referral program that rewards users for referring new customers. The current terms of the referral program are as follows:

  • Referrers earn a commission on qualifying top-ups made by referred users
  • Commission rates and program details are displayed on the referral page within your dashboard
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program with 30 days' prior notice
  • Referral rewards obtained through fraud, self-referral, or abuse will be forfeited, and the associated account may be suspended

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 By You

You may request account cancellation at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, you may request a refund of unused balance per our Refund Policy.

6.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use policy
  • Your account is involved in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Required by law or regulation

Where possible, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before termination, unless immediate action is required to prevent harm. Upon termination by us for reasons other than your breach, you may request a refund of unused balance per our Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to ensure stable service operation but do not guarantee 100% availability
  • Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure
  • Service changes by upstream AI model providers may affect the Platform's functionality or pricing

8. Disclaimer

  • The Platform only provides API proxy forwarding services and is not responsible for content generated by AI models
  • You should independently assess and bear the risks of using AI-generated content
  • The Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of the services
  • The Platform's maximum liability shall not exceed your actual top-up amount in the past 12 months

9. Intellectual Property

  • Input content you send through the API belongs to you
  • Intellectual property of AI model-generated output content follows the terms of the respective AI model provider
  • The Platform's brand, interface design, and technical implementation are protected by intellectual property rights

10. Privacy

Your privacy is protected by our Privacy Policy. Please read it as well.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you at least 14 days in advance via email or platform announcement, and you will be asked to reconfirm your consent upon your next login. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may stop using the Platform and request a refund of unused balance per the Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
