1. Service Description

The Platform provides AI model API proxy forwarding services. Users can call various AI model APIs supported by the Platform after topping up their account balance.

2. Account

2.1 Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to register an account
  • Each person is limited to one account
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Losses caused by account compromise are your own responsibility

2.2 Top-up and Credits

  • Credits obtained after top-up are used to pay for API call fees
  • Credits are valid for 12 months from the last top-up date; unused balance will expire
  • The cost per API call for different models is based on the Platform's real-time pricing

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for the following purposes:

  • Generating content that violates laws and regulations
  • Generating hate speech, violent, abusive, or exploitative content
  • Generating spam or conducting phishing
  • Attempting to reverse engineer AI models
  • Excessive high-frequency calls beyond reasonable limits (such as unauthorized stress testing)
  • Sharing API keys with unauthorized third parties
  • Any behavior that may harm the Platform or other users' interests

Violation of the above provisions gives us the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund.

4. Service Availability

  • We strive to ensure stable service operation but do not guarantee 100% availability
  • Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure
  • Service changes by upstream AI model providers may affect the Platform's functionality or pricing

5. Disclaimer

  • The Platform only provides API proxy forwarding services and is not responsible for content generated by AI models
  • You should independently assess and bear the risks of using AI-generated content
  • The Platform is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss caused by use of the services
  • The Platform's maximum liability shall not exceed your actual top-up amount in the past 12 months

6. Intellectual Property

  • Input content you send through the API belongs to you
  • Intellectual property of AI model-generated output content follows the terms of the respective AI model provider
  • The Platform's brand, interface design, and technical implementation are protected by intellectual property rights

7. Privacy

Your privacy is protected by our Privacy Policy. Please read it as well.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to you in advance, and you will be asked to reconfirm your consent upon your next login. If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may stop using the Platform and request a refund of unused balance per the refund policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms or the Platform's services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
